Is your jewelry real gold?
Yes. Every piece is 14K gold, stamped 585 or 14K, and comes with our own Certificate of Authenticity confirming the piece meets our quality standards. We do not use gold plating or gold-filled materials.
Do you include a certificate?
Yes. Every piece comes with our own Gold Certificate of Authenticity, confirming the piece meets our quality standards, and is stamped 585 or 14K. You can also have the gold content tested by any trusted jeweler.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and delivered in a further 5–7 business days, to every country we ship to. Shipping is free and insured, and you receive a tracking number as soon as the parcel leaves us. United States orders are shipped with duties and import taxes prepaid.
What is your return policy?
You have 30 days from delivery to return or exchange a piece that is unworn, in its original condition and packaging.
