Shipping Policy
Order Processing Time
All orders are prepared within 1–2 business days at our Istanbul-based workshop after payment confirmation.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Origin
All orders are shipped directly from our Istanbul, Turkey production workshop using express international shipping services.
Shipping Carriers & Tracking
We ship via trusted express carriers such as DHL, UPS, and similar international courier services.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number, allowing you to monitor your shipment in real time.
Estimated Delivery Times (Express Shipping)
Delivery times may vary slightly depending on customs processing, but average delivery times are:
Europe: 2–3 business days
United States: 3–4 business days
Other Countries: 3–5 business days
These delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs inspections or unforeseen carrier delays.
Shipping Terms (DDP / DAP)
United States Orders:
All orders shipped to the United States are sent on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis.
This means all customs duties, taxes, and import fees are prepaid by Golden Planet Jewelry, and no additional charges are required from the customer upon delivery.
Orders Outside the United States:
Orders shipped outside the United States are sent on a DAP (Delivered At Place) basis by default, unless otherwise confirmed in writing with our team prior to shipment.
Under DAP terms, the customer is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees imposed by the destination country.
Customers outside the United States who wish to confirm shipping terms or request alternative arrangements are encouraged to contact us before placing an order via email or live chat.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and selected shipping method.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
For shipments sent under DAP terms, any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is delayed or appears lost in transit, please contact us via email or live chat. We will work closely with the shipping carrier to assist you as quickly as possible.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
Return Window
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
Items must be returned in their original packaging
Proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
Custom, personalized, or engraved jewelry
Earrings, due to hygiene and safety reasons
Final sale or clearance items
Custom or personalized items are only eligible for return if they arrive defective or incorrect.

Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
If the item is defective or incorrect, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you
Refund Policy
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method used at checkout.
Shipping Fees
Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
Exchanges
If an exchange is requested, the replacement item will be shipped once the returned item has been received and approved.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet entered processing or shipping.
Once an order has entered production or shipment, it can no longer be canceled.
