✨ Is your jewelry made of real gold?

Yes — all our pieces are made of solid 14K gold (0.585 purity). We do not use gold plating or gold-filled materials. Every item is stamped and certified for authenticity.

💌 Do you include a certificate with the jewelry?

Yes — every piece comes with a Gold Certificate of Authenticity, verifying that it is genuine 14K gold. You can also have the authenticity of our products verified at any trusted jeweler.

🧼 How should I care for my jewelry?

⏱️ When will my order be shipped?

Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days. However, depending on stock availability, it may take up to one week. Thank you for your understanding.

📦 How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can follow your package anytime through our courier partner’s website.

🕒 How long does delivery take?

We provide insured express shipping worldwide. Delivery usually takes 2–5 business days, depending on your location.

⚖️ How are import duties and customs fees handled?

For all international shipments, import duties, taxes, and country-specific entry procedures are the responsibility of the customer, unless prior arrangements and approval have been confirmed with us in advance. In accordance with international trade regulations (Incoterms®), all shipments are delivered under DAP (Delivered At Place) terms, meaning that any customs clearance charges or import fees must be settled by the recipient.
