✨ Is your jewelry made of real gold?
Yes — all our pieces are made of solid 14K gold (0.585 purity). We do not use gold plating or gold-filled materials. Every item is stamped and certified for authenticity.
💌 Do you include a certificate with the jewelry?
Yes — every piece comes with a Gold Certificate of Authenticity, verifying that it is genuine 14K gold. You can also have the authenticity of our products verified at any trusted jeweler.
🧼 How should I care for my jewelry?
14K gold is durable but should still be treated with care. Avoid harsh chemicals and store pieces in a dry, soft pouch. Check our Jewelry Care page for full tips.
💎 Do you use real diamonds and gemstones?
In line with our sustainability philosophy, all the stones we use are lab-grown and ethically sourced through sustainable methods. Each one is of the highest quality, ensuring brilliance and durability.

⏱️ When will my order be shipped?
All orders are prepared within 1–2 business days at our Istanbul-based workshop after payment confirmation.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
📦 How can I track my order?
After your order is dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.
You can track your shipment in real time through the courier’s tracking system.
🕒 How long does delivery take?
We ship all orders via express international shipping. Estimated delivery times are:
Europe: 2–3 business days
United States: 3–4 business days
Other countries: 3–5 business days
Delivery times may vary slightly due to customs inspections or carrier-related delays.
⚖️ How are import duties and customs fees handled?
- United States orders are shipped as DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), meaning all customs duties and import taxes are prepaid by us. No additional charges are required upon delivery.
Orders outside the United States are shipped as DAP (Delivered At Place) by default, unless otherwise confirmed with our team before shipment. Under DAP terms, customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

✏️ Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can be canceled or modified within 12 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet entered processing or shipment.
Once an order has entered production or shipping, it can no longer be canceled or changed.

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and secure online payment methods with advanced encryption.
🎁 Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes, every piece comes in premium packaging, and we also offer special gift wrapping upon request.

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.
Returned items must be:
Unused and unworn
In original condition
In original packaging
Non-returnable items include:
Custom, personalized, or engraved jewelry
Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
Final sale or clearance items
Custom or personalized items are only eligible for return if they arrive defective or incorrect.
📦 Who covers the return shipping cost?
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
If the item is defective or incorrect, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no additional cost.

Please include your order number, the reason for the exchange, and photos if the item is defective or incorrect.

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method used at checkout.
Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.
