  • Unless clearly stated otherwise on the product page, our jewelry is made from genuine 14K solid gold (585) and other precious materials as described.

  • Product descriptions, images, measurements and weights are provided for information purposes and may vary slightly due to hand-finishing and production tolerances.

  • Some lifestyle or model images may be illustrative; in case of doubt, the written specifications on the product page prevail.

5. Pricing, Taxes & Currency

  • All prices on the Site are shown in USD by default, unless you select another currency in the region selector.

  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but confirmed orders will not be affected.

  • Depending on your shipping address, additional taxes, customs duties and import fees may apply and are typically the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise stated on the Shipping page.

6. Orders & Payment

  • By placing an order, you offer to purchase a product under these Terms. We may accept or decline any order at our discretion (for example, due to stock availability, payment issues, or suspected fraud).

  • Payment must be made using one of the accepted methods listed at checkout (credit/debit cards, Shop Pay, PayPal, Apple Pay, etc.).

  • If your payment is declined, we are not responsible for any fees or charges imposed by your bank or card issuer.

7. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are shipped within the timeframes stated on the relevant shipping or product pages, starting from the date of order confirmation and payment.

  • You will receive tracking information once your order is dispatched. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, courier issues or events beyond our control, but we will assist you where possible.

8. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

  • Items must be returned in unworn, undamaged condition with all original packaging and certificates.

  • Certain items (for example, custom-made, engraved, resized, or personalised pieces) may be non-returnable except in case of manufacturing defect; any such limitations will be indicated on the product page or in the Returns & Exchanges policy.

  • Return shipping costs, duties and taxes are usually the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty, damaged in transit or incorrect, in which case we cover the cost as stated in our shipping/returns policy.

9. Custom Orders & Personalisation

For custom designs, engravings, special sizes or any personalised order:

  • Payment may be required in full before production starts.

  • These orders are generally final sale and not eligible for cancellation, return or refund, except for manufacturing defects.

  • We will confirm the details of your custom order (design, size, estimated delivery) in writing before we proceed.

10. Warranty & Repairs

  • We stand behind the quality of our jewelry. If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, please contact us with photos and your order details.

  • Normal wear and tear, loss, theft, improper use, or damage caused by chemicals, impacts, or unauthorised repair are not covered.

  • Where possible, we may offer paid repair or replacement options outside of any warranty.

11. Promotions, Discount Codes & Gift Cards

  • Promotional codes are valid only for a limited time and subject to specific conditions.

  • Only one discount code can generally be used per order, unless otherwise stated.

  • Gift cards, if offered, are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless required by law.
