Close-fitting hoops
Huggie earrings are hoops small enough to hug the earlobe, closed with a hinge or a clicker rather than a loose post. This collection keeps to a few well-defined shapes. The plain huggie hoop is the reference point. The thick huggie is chunkier, a minimal hoop with more gold showing from the front. The pavé huggie covers its face in cubic zirconia. Two geometric versions change the outline instead: a hexagon clicker huggie, small and unisex, and a square huggie with an angular profile and a hinged clasp. All are 14K gold huggie earrings of the kind people put in and forget about.
Getting a snug fit
A huggie should close around the lobe with only a sliver of space. Measure from the piercing to the bottom edge of the lobe; the inner diameter of the huggie needs to be a millimeter or two more than that. Thicker lobes and higher piercings call for a slightly larger hoop. Thick styles feel snugger than thin ones at the same diameter, because the gold takes up room inside the circle. Gold huggies are also the usual choice for second and third piercings, worn beside a larger hoop or a stud. Every pair is stamped 585 or 14K.

Which hoop size should I pick?
10 to 13 mm huggies sit right on the lobe, 15 to 20 mm is the everyday hoop, and 25 mm and up reads as a statement. Sizes are the outer diameter of the hoop.
Can I sleep in them?
Huggies and small studs are the pieces people sleep in. Larger hoops and drops are best taken off at night so the posts and hinges are not bent.
Are they real gold?
Yes. Every piece is 14K gold, stamped 585 or 14K, and comes with our own Certificate of Authenticity confirming the piece meets our quality standards. We do not use gold plating or gold-filled materials.
What is your return policy?
