How do I find my ring size at home?
Wrap a strip of paper around the base of the finger, mark where it overlaps, measure the length in millimetres and read it against a ring size chart. Measure at the end of the day, when fingers are largest, and go up half a size for a wide band. We carry US sizes 4 to 10.
What do the numbers inside a ring mean?
585 and 14K are the same mark: 14K gold. A second number is usually the size, and letters are a maker's mark. Our stamp guide decodes the common ones.
Are the stones real?
It depends on the piece. Most of our jewelry is set with cubic zirconia and other simulated stones; we also set natural diamonds and gemstones. Each product page states exactly which stone is used, so please check the description before ordering.
What if the size is wrong?
You have 30 days from delivery to return or exchange a piece that is unworn, in its original condition and packaging.
