What chain length do men usually wear?
20 in sits at the collarbone, 22 in just below it and is the most common choice, and 24 in reaches mid-chest. Thicker links read heavier; 3 to 5 mm is the everyday range.
Is it real gold?
Yes. Every piece is 14K gold, stamped 585 or 14K, and comes with our own Certificate of Authenticity confirming the piece meets our quality standards. We do not use gold plating or gold-filled materials.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and delivered in a further 2–4 business days within the United States, or 5–7 business days to every other country we ship to. Shipping is free and insured, and you receive a tracking number as soon as the parcel leaves us. United States orders are shipped with duties and import taxes prepaid.
What is your return policy?
You have 30 days from delivery to return or exchange a piece that is unworn, in its original condition and packaging.
