What if the size is wrong?
You have 30 days from delivery to return or exchange a piece that is unworn, in its original condition and packaging. Custom, personalized or engraved pieces can only be returned if they arrive defective or incorrect. Email info@goldenplanetjewelry.com or use the chat with your order number and we will arrange it.
Does it come gift-ready?
Every piece arrives in premium packaging with our Certificate of Authenticity, and we offer gift wrapping on request: email us your order number after checkout and we will take care of it.
Will it arrive in time?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and delivered in a further 5–7 business days, to every country we ship to. Shipping is free and insured, and you receive a tracking number as soon as the parcel leaves us. United States orders are shipped with duties and import taxes prepaid. Order about ten days ahead of the date to be safe.
Is it real gold?
Yes. Every piece is 14K gold, stamped 585 or 14K, and comes with our own Certificate of Authenticity confirming the piece meets our quality standards. We do not use gold plating or gold-filled materials.
